Sunnyside’s three bedroom homes are built to the highest standards, sustainability, and energy efficiency. The architect and developer we have partnered with specialize in building sustainable intentional communities. The homes at Sunnyside will include products and finishes with these sustainable characteristics:

- Constructed to Built Green Four Star Certified standards.
The homes will be Built Green Four Star Certified for sustainability and quality construction. They will be constructed of fire-resistant premium composite roofing shingles, engineered hardwood flooring, hardy-board built siding, and include fire-suppression sprinkler systems.
The three bedroom floor plan includes a bedroom and bath on the first floor, offering full living capability for aging in place. The second floor provides two additional bedrooms and one bath.
