As UD+P’s California lead, Danny Milman brings decades of experience in development and construction, with a particular focus on community-oriented housing. Her passion for cohousing began in 1992 with The Cohousing Book, which inspired her Master’s thesis on cohousing design and planning. She went on to work for several years with The CoHousing Company as part of its development and construction team and lived in the Berkeley Cohousing community.
