Imagine living in your own cottage surrounded by nature, all while just steps away from your closest friends. That’s Sunnyside Village: a place to live, and a place to truly belong.
This is village living. We share gardens, orchards, and adventures. We kayak together, cook meals together, and build community from the ground up. And at the end of the day, we return to our own beautiful homes to call home.
We’re creating it all from scratch. And we’d love for you to be part of it.
What does cottage living look like?
Every home is free-standing, with porches and gardens that face your neighbors, creating a walkable, storybook setting you won’t find anywhere else.
PRIVACY AND OWNERSHIP
Each of our 32 cottages is individually owned, with its own front door, kitchen, garden space, and quiet retreat when you need it.
COMMUNITY BY DESIGN
The homes are clustered around shared green spaces, orchards, and gardens. Porches face one another, pathways cross, and neighbors naturally meet throughout the day.
LIVING CLOSE TO NATURE
Our land includes orchards, gardens, and access to outdoor adventure. Whether it’s kayaking, walking the trails, or tending the greenhouse, nature is part of daily life.
