The people of our community have worked hard to ensure we have a beautiful, healthy, and sustainable place to live. The homes are well thought out and in mid-construction. The land supports us, and the gardens nourish us.

And perhaps not surprisingly, we’ve discovered that as beautiful as our plans and spaces may be, it’s the people who have joined us here in our little corner of the Pacific Northwest who truly make this place special.

We really are our own best neighbors! We work together, and we play, and we visit, and we share meals. We even survived a pandemic together! So, this page is dedicated to the people of our community — and perhaps your future neighbors.
