Kyle and his family recently moved to Washington from Oklahoma and have been loving it ever since. A self-described nerd, Kyle has been interested in community living ever since purchasing his first home 20 years ago. His hobbies include gardening, gaming, fermentation, woodworking, and he’s always looking for new experiences to add to the list.

Sarah was introduced to cohousing by Kyle, who told her about Sunnyside Village and invited her to join an Explorer meeting. From the very first meeting, she was intrigued by the group and drawn to the way everyone is given a voice in how the neighborhood is shaped. She’s enjoyed getting to know her future neighbors and discovering just how much they all have in common.
