The Common House

The Common House is our shared place for community meals, casual and formal meetings, shared craft and project activities, quiet study and work space. Sunnyside Village is all about achieving balance between work life and home life. With office space you have the option of working feet from your front door without having to disrupt home life.

The center contains a Great Room with table seating for 64, a large kitchen and pantry, a living room, a kids play room, bathrooms, work space (when you want to work from home but not in your home), and meeting rooms. In addition the center will be Built Green, with solar panels on the roof, and electric charging stations located near easily accessible parking. Built Green is the green home certification program of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.
